A smaller footprint, local project in Branchburg NJ, this lift has many challenges to it the LIFTEX Engineering team had to solve. The project involves shoring & removal of an interior, load-bearing wall; inserting a new row of top steel, and 2 different lifts to attain the client’s desired height. After an accelerated turn around time, LIFTEX was able to properly solve these challenges, and the structure reached it’s 30′ clear mark in mid September. The client will be enclosing the space with an insulated metal panel finish, and finally put the vastly improved building on the market in hopes of attracting a tenant within the pharmaceutical industry.
