The project was contracted back in 2017. After preparing the roof to lift back in 2019, a tenant agreement feel through, and the client place the project on hold. After years, they finally elected to proceed, and raised the roof in September of 2025. The project is unconventional for LIFTEX, in that a local steel partner will install the new perimeter support steel and second floor, which tie together.
